Dak Prescott was rooting for the Commanders

After the Washington Commanders condemned the Eagles to their first defeat of the season, Dak Prescott revealed that he was supporting the Washington franchise on Monday Night Football this week. The defeat means the Eagles are now 8-1 in the season. And if the results go their way, the Cowboys can pounce at the divisional title. But the Cowboys QB also wants his team to stay focused and be at their best.

“Of course,” Prescott said when asked if he was supporting the Commanders on Monday. “But that game once again shows what the NFL is all about. You gotta go week-in week-out. Respect your opponent. Those guys played well last night. But at the end of the day, it’s about control and we can control. The Cowboys could have closed the gap on the Eagles, but they lost their game against the Green Bay Packers. It was the first Packers’ win in six games.
