For the first time since 2018, the Packers are looking to miss the playoffs in a season where Aaron Rodgers has played more than 10 games. While the quarterback just turned 39 this month, his game is starting to show some signs of weakening. However, after losing Davante Adams and other key players, not many are after the player’s neck. But it appears that A-Rod always manages to stay in the news for his controversial take on psychedelics.

After previously sharing his experience of taking Ayahuasca, recently, the back-to-back MVP talked about another psychedelic, psilocybin, and how it helped him. On the show ‘UNDISPUTED,’ while talking to his co-host Shannon Sharpe, Bayless criticized the 39-year-old.

Besides being surprised by Rodgers’ bold endorsements, Bayless sounded more stunned by the NFL, as they simply look the other way. “I am stunned that the NFL continues to look the other way while he promotes and endorses psychedelic drugs yeah hallucinogenic drugs that are extremely dangerous, and ayahuasca for the record, is banned in the United States it contains DMT which is a schedule one illegal substance in the United States,” said Bayless, questioning about how there haven’t been any actions taken after Rodgers‘ repeated use of psychedelics.

While appearing on the ‘Pat McAfee show,’ the quarterback opened up about his fear of death. Answering A. J. Hawk’s question, he replied, “I had a major fear of death… there was a lot of weird sentiment around Y2K, remember that? The world was going to end.” But according to the 4 time MVP winner overcame it with psychedelics.

Rodgers added, “It relieved a lot of the stress around the idea of needing to accomplish things before I actually die. Taking away some of that fear.”

The statement did not sit down well with the analyst, who reminded everybody that the QB is an idol for many viewers. “This is a back-to-back MVP in your sport’s back-to-back a lot of people listen to what he has to say on the McAfee show.”
