He was recently joined by Green Bay Packers great, Aaron Rodgers, for a rather ‘special’ announcement.

Packers star Aaron Rodgers all set to appear on the Pat McAfee show this season

As mentioned in the video above, Rodgers confirmed that he would be appearing on The Pat McAfee Show every Tuesday throughout the season. Rodgers was more than happy to confirm the news when he appeared on the show on Wednesday.

A-Rod also heaped praise on McAfee and his co-hosts as he said, “You & the boys are like the future sports version of the Howard Stern show.”

The pair will also be joined by the former NFL linebacker A. J. Hawk. Both these former NFL stars started the McAfee & Hawk: Sports Talk podcast earlier this year.

In the meantime, Rodgers will be gearing up for a crunch clash against NFC North rivals, Minnesota Vikings, this weekend. The two-time NFL MVP will start the season as the first-choice quarterback.

Head Coach Matt LaFleur confirmed the same last week. Utah State recruit, Jordan Love, will serve as an understudy to Rodgers over the course of the 2020 season.
