Jim Harbaugh brings a fun element to the recruitment
Holland told the viewers that the HC who made a comeback after the three-match suspension is enjoying the recruitment. He was apparently having a lot of fun with the activities. Holland did shed light on what all the HCs did as part of the recruitment process. Harbaugh also visited their new recruit Gatlin Bear’s house. “He was having a lot of fun. He was exchanging hats out there and Potato Land. So it looked like he was having a great time. I mean we are continuing to hear positive things with Gatlin Bear, including how this in-home visit went.”
Holland pointed out how the HC worked his magic in playing a strategic role in ensuring Bair joined Michigan after breaking his de-commitment with the Bois State.

Jim Harbaugh at his strategic best for Gatlin Bair’s inception
The success of a team is measured by how well its HC runs the side. Jim Harbaugh has been a great coach for the side. Now he has his eyes set on absorbing the new talent in the Michigan school. However, the four-state WR did express his desire to join either Michigan or Oregon State.
As per Holland, there’s only one place that the player is going- that is to Michigan. “His both in-home visits went well. I do think Michigan and Oregon are still the clear schools at the top! If Gatlin Bear had to make a decision today, I’d definitely say it’d be Michigan. You see Michigan as the heavy lead on the Onre recruiting prediction machine.”
