Sunday’s AFC Championship Game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Baltimore Ravens shook the NFL world. And this will be the Chiefs’ fourth time in five years to head to the Super Bowl.

He’s one of the greatest coaches leading his team to 11 division titles, 10 conference championship games, three SB appearances, and two SB wins in his career spanning over two decades. The Chiefs just won the Super Bowl spot after beating the Ravens 10-17 in their last AFC Championship game, showcasing the HC’s efficient leadership qualities. This is what Andy Reid says about leadership, “Respecting people is an important part of life, whether it’s the person doing janitorial work or the person above you. It doesn’t matter who you are: I’m going to respect you.”
