Sunday’s AFC Championship Game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Baltimore Ravens shook the NFL world. But even with the Ravens boasting the best NFL record, in addition to having the reigning MVP Lamar Jackson as the QB, they don’t have Andy Reid as their coach. And this will be the Chiefs’ fourth time in five years to head to the Super Bowl.

His leadership has garnered respect and admiration from big names in the football world, including Coach Prime Deion Sanders who dropped something special for Reid.

The Chiefs just won the Super Bowl spot after beating the Ravens 10-17 in their last AFC Championship game, showcasing the HC’s efficient leadership qualities. This is what Andy Reid says about leadership, “Respecting people is an important part of life, whether it’s the person doing janitorial work or the person above you. It doesn’t matter who you are: I’m going to respect you.”

As the saying goes, you can’t demand respect, you earn it. And ‘Big Reid’ earns well-deserved respect for his leadership views.
