The “Mahomes exhibit” isn’t just a mean joke thrown around, but it holds a deeper meaning in the 28-year-old Chiefs QB’s chase for Tom Brady’s record. Brady is an unrivaled player with seven Super Bowl rings. But after recently beating his playoff record under 30, Mahomes seems to have found a new zeal to pursue his GOAT status. And for the retired legend, he holds nothing against his younger competitor.

Tom Brady laughs off the GOAT incident in Brisbane, Australia 

Tom Brady recently shared an IG update on his visit to Australia surrounding himself with various animals, including kangaroos, birds, and goats. The funny thing about the goats was that a friend of his commented as they went over to the goats’ farm, “Coming up on the Mahomes exhibit.” This had Brady laughing and it even made it to his Let’s Go Podcast with his co-host asking him about “Let’s go meet Patrick Mahomes over the goat farm.” In response, Brady replied, “We were having a great time, it was fun.”

Tom Brady praised Mahomes and Travis Kelce for breaking the playoff record of his QB-TE duo at 16 which he previously held with retired NFL TE Rob Gronkowski. He wrote on his social media, “BEASTS. When you one up gronk you’re doing something right.” His unselfish support towards upcoming legends is unwavering, which is perhaps one reason why he’s the greatest of all time!
