Terry Bradshaw is a man of many talents. On the field, he’s a proven legend with four-time Super Bowl trophies and multiple honors. But his love for the game did not stop at retirement. Bradshaw transitioned to a career in broadcasting as an NFL analyst, adding a few Emmy Awards to his name. We’ve established he’s a mastermind when it comes to the game. But the former QB is also quite the entrepreneur. A few years ago, he established his own liquor brand, Bradshaw Bourbon, venturing into a different field. Now, with his liquor brand gaining attention, he has made a personal announcement regarding his company during a time when he’s been garnering some negative attention.

Bradshaw Bourbon launched in February 2020, in collaboration with Green River Distilling Co. 2025 marks the fifth anniversary of the company. It will also be the first time the four-time Super Bowl winner will be present at the Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America. His Bradshaw Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, featuring new 12-year and 6-year bourbons, has earned him the opportunity to be there.

There will be a Q&A session, along with a meet and greet with the NFL Hall of Famer. The timing of the event has been kept at 8:30 PM. On top of all the fun stuff, there will also be premium cigars, picked by Bradshaw himself. Besides his liquor brand, Terry also has other ventures.

Terry Bradshaw’s on-air mishap summons retirement chatter from the fans

During the FOX NFL Sunday show, Terry Bradshaw made a major blunder. The show was covered by Curt Menefee, Howie Long, Terry Bradshaw, Michael Strahan, and Robert Gronkowski. The group was to cover the Seattle Seahawks vs. the Los Angeles Rams game. However, at one point, before the start of the game, Menefee cut to the sideline to feature an interview between Christina Pink and Patriots’ Christian Gonzalez.

The Patriots had just defeated the Broncos to reach the Super Bowl, so there was a lot of buzz. After the interview, Menefee asked for Bradshaw’s views on Gonzalez. Surprisingly, instead of speaking about Gonzalez, he started speaking about the Seahawks’ quarterback, Sam Darnold.

“You know what, Sam Darnold, they turned him loose in the first half,” Bradshaw said. “Klint Kubiak, the offensive coordinator for Seattle, I think he said, ‘Oh, I can trust him with the football today.’ 209 yards passing and a touchdown in the first half. Sam Darnold is playing great football for Seattle.”

For a moment, the entire crew went silent, and Strahan chuckled and spoke up.

“Yeah, I mean, he is,” Strahan said. “But we thought we were talking about the first game. But it’s okay because, I mean, it was a great first game. I think whoever is going to play, either one of these teams — I mean, I think the Patriots are gonna have their hands full with either one of these teams. But you never know.”

The slip-up couldn’t be swept under the rug since it happened on live television. As a result, fans on social media shared their opinions. Sadly, most of them were retirement-related.

Comments like “Why is Terry working? Enjoy your retirement, dude,” started pouring in from various social media platforms.

While Bradshaw has become a familiar voice during game days, questions about his future as an analyst have become increasingly hard to ignore. His recent mistake is not an isolated incident. Additionally, Bradshaw’s longtime friend and colleague, Jimmy Johnson, also retired from FOX NFL. Patriots legend Rob Gronkowski replaced him. It wouldn’t come as a big surprise if Bradshaw, who is already 77, is headed that way. However, nothing is set in stone. Whether his mistake leads to bigger consequences is yet to be determined.
