It was a tough day in the Silver and Black nation as the Las Vegas Raiders were dealt an unfair hand today. In their epic showdown with the Los Angeles Chargers at the Chargers’ home turf. The Raiders were looking to rebound from consecutive losses as they locked horns with their division rivals.

But the cards were stacked against them, the Raiders got smacked with a game-changing curveball that could throw a wrench in their Super Bowl dreams.

One more injury for the silver and black

The LV Raiders took another blow to their roster after losing Byron Young. Star WR Davante Adams went down with a shoulder injury scare in the first quarter. One social media sleuth took to ‘X’. And that’s when things started going downhill for the Raiders.

Adams was reaching out on a throw targeting his trailing shoulder, as he crossed the field, he was hit by Chargers CB Michael Davis. Adams was on the ground with tremendous pain. Almost immediately, Adams left for the locker room nursing his injured shoulder.

While there has been no official statement from the franchise front office, an AC injury is more likely.

Sad Sunday for the LV Raiders

It was quite a gloomy Sunday for the Las Vegas Raiders. They were already missing their QB stud, Jimmy Garoppolo. And just when you thought it couldn’t get any worse, they had to watch their “can’t-do-it-without-him” guy, hobble off the field with an injury that had everyone cringing. Adams was basically the engine that was revving up the Raiders’ offense this season. It felt like everything good that happened on the offensive side of the ball had Adams written all over it.

But then, out of nowhere, Adams was making his way to the dreaded locker room. The injury looked bad. Currently, the pro footballer is back on the sidelines prepping to step back on the field.
