The Texans vs. Packers pre-game sesh had a little heat before kickoff. Nothing major, just some tempers flaring—classic tension right before the whistle. Now, the pressure’s on the players to let their game do the talking.

Speaking of tension, here we go again—Stefon Diggs getting fired up by the Go Green Go squad. Remember when Jaire Alexander called him a “Little Boy” back in 2022? Yeah, Diggs clearly hasn’t let that one go. The bad blood is still there, but the real question now is—can they back it up on the field this time?

Diggs has history with Green Bay, and it didn’t start in Buffalo. Back when he was a Viking, the Packers were his main division rivals. So, you can understand that when Diggs and Alexander exchanged words near the sideline this time—followed by some shoving—things got heated fast. LaFleur had to step in, and even Keisean Nixon got involved. But Diggs wasn’t having any of it. That tension? Definitely boiling over.

See, the thing is, these two have been at each other’s throats since the NFC North days. And trust me, you cannot just call them dust-ups. Their showdown in 2022, where Diggs helped the Bills beat the Packers, was just the latest chapter. And if you recall, Diggs dropped that classic line after the win: “I don’t give a F–k who started it, I finished it.” Of course, Alexander came back with, “He a little boy.” The rivalry? Oh, it’s real.

Now, with this history, who wouldn’t be glued to the screen? All eyes will be on Diggs, but you have to wonder—will the fireworks continue, or will one of them actually back down this time? Either way, buckle up.

Can Stefon Diggs and CJ Stroud’s chemistry help the Texans?

The Texans-Packers rivalry might not be the most storied. But it did heat up quickly this time. With the Texans winning just one of their five matchups, the pressure’s on. Especially after the pre-game dust-up involving Stefon Diggs (yet again!), it’s looking like Houston’s got a problem.

But do not jump to conclusions too quickly because Diggs might be able to pull them out of this rut. I mean, he must, if he wants to settle the score.

Diggs hasn’t always been in Houston, and it took him a little while to get used to his new role after being the No. 1 target in Buffalo. But his chemistry with rookie quarterback C.J. Stroud? That’s growing fast. Stroud’s leaning on Diggs more and more with Collins out and the duo delivered in their last game against New England.

Guess what? Diggs came through then, racking up six catches for 77 yards and a touchdown. So, what’s stopping him from doing so again? Karma, maybe. But that’s just it.

At 5-1, the Texans are sitting comfortably atop the AFC South. But heading to Lambeau to face the 4-2 Packers is a different beast. And they know it. They would not be underestimating the history, despite the momentum. As far as Diggs is concerned, well, he’d be having his own beef to settle.
