In what will come as good news for the Bears, Ian Rapoport, an NFL Insider, took to X to share that Justin Fields is finally returning. “Sources: #Bears QB Justin Fields, out the last month with a dislocated thumb, is expected to start Sunday vs the #Lions, assuming today’s practice goes well. ”

The Detroit Lions are currently 7-2, but their defense has allowed 231.6 passing yards per game and is currently ranked 20th. Fields’ return could possibly be game-changing for the Bears as they hope to win two back-to-back games.
