The Raiders DB Roderic Teamer was activated from the IR last night but seems to have run into some law-enforcement problems. Will these problems hinder him ahead of the most important game this season?

Dov Kleiman’s tweet on X shares the news about the Raiders’ DB, and the fans are not shocked. This is “normal Raiders’ behavior” to some people who have known the Raiders games to have a violent past. But the million-dollar question is if Teamer will make it to the game.

Roderic Teamer: Bad luck or reckless behavior?

The tweet from Dov Kleiman indicates that Roderic Teamer was arrested for a DUI per local law enforcement and jail records. This came after Teamer was arrested Sunday morning in Las Vegas after being stopped for speeding. The Raiders only recently activated Roderic Teamer yesterday, along with the Center Hroniss Grasu and Janarius Robinson from the practice squad.

It’s hard to say whether the Raiders DB will play against the Kansas City Chiefs. Just when the Raiders caught a break and had a slight comeback into the 2023 season, they were hit by a calamity. This is especially hard because this is already an uphill battle for the Raiders. The Raiders thought they had it all, but they will be short of assurances this game.

A Bleacher Report article suggests that the Raiders’ worst nightmare has come true, quoting the Las Vegas Review-Journal. It mentions that Teamer will not play against the Kansas City Chiefs tonight.

Just when Teamer thought…

Teamer would make it tonight, but unfortunately, according to various sources, he won’t. Before this incident, Teamer was out because of a hamstring injury against the Patriots in Week 6 and was activated off IR. He played 6 games this season and has five tackles to his name so far, out of which he has 4 solo tackles. Though he is out of jail now, his participation in the game is shady.

Teamer missed Weeks 7-11 because of his hamstring injury, and it is unfortunate what happened to him ahead of one of the most important games of his career this season. Hopefully, he will bounce back and return in the next game.
