The Kansas City Chiefs stars Patrick Mahomes and WRs Rashee Rice and Marquise Brown have been going all out in their workouts. With the 2024 season in sight, the scenes of hard work are rampant in the defending Champions’ camp. The players have been working out with the founder of APEC, Bobby Stroupe, who is responsible for keeping their bodies less prone to injuries.

But where QB Patrick Mahomes is keeping his training regimen private, the Chiefs’ WR duo’s workout video just got released by MLFootball. While Rashee Rice has been riddled with many legal problems, he is making sure to reject all the noise and focus on his training. The duo was spotted training with a special guest, a rapper known as Yungeen Ace.

MLFootball took to X and posted a brief workout session. The video is captioned, “Rapper Yungeen Ace working out with #Chiefs receivers Rashee Rice and Hollywood Brown,” and it shows Hollywood Brown introducing the rapper, while Rashee Rice practices catching the ball while in motion.

Marquise Brown and Yungeen Ace are longtime friends, hence it looks like the rapper is there to support the WR in his off-season training. Unfortunately, we didn’t see Bobby Stroupe or Patrick Mahomes working out with the WR duo.

But despite Stroupe not being there, he’s taught the WR duo, Patrick Mahomes, and many others about how to take care of their bodies and protect themselves from any sort of injuries. Towards the end of March, the 3x Super Bowl winner along with his receivers were spotted training with their workout instructor and it seems like the Kansas City Chiefs are hard at work to get a 3-peat this season.

It all started during the spring break when the trio decided to step up their workouts a notch. The trainer uploaded a couple of photos showing the WR duo getting their foot/ankle workouts in. Per the trainer, untrained ankles/feet are like a “poor-behaved child.” Hence, he’s teaching everyone to get that child in control.

“For every problem an athlete has in their foot or ankle there is a specific consequence above that in chain reaction biomechanics. Everyone pays the toll, no escaping it. Invest time in the nuance of foot / ankle mechanics,” wrote Stroupe in the comments.

The next day, Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce also showed up in training. In Stroupe’s post titled “Spring break ’24,” Mahomes and his receivers were spotted sprinting, working out with med balls, talking, and just hanging out. There’s even a photo of Mahomes racing with Rice and Brown.

While people are interested in knowing the outcome of that race, Bobby Stroupe is keeping the assessment a secret at the moment. Nonetheless, the team as a unit seems to be focused on fitness progression amidst focus on next season.
