“Have you seen what Jim Harbaugh has done with the Los Angeles Chargers? You’re talking about changing the entire culture. You are talking about changing the entire mindset. You’re talking about building a fan base back into believing that they can actually go and win”,

Recently, a video from the Chargers’ locker room has been making the rounds on the internet. It’s not controversial, but rather a sweet one. Jim Harbaugh surprised the Chargers boys with lunch pails with their names on them, along with his favorite words like ‘stalwart.’ Doesn’t it take you back to school, when your favorite teacher would bring you chocolates on a random day? Chargers placekicker Cameron Dicker shared a video, where he can be seen showing off the lunch pail gifted by the HC.

It’s a little bit of encouragement”, added Pat McAfee. That’s sweet of Harbaugh. In a way, he’s keeping the locker room environment positive. And honestly, it’s much needed as they prepare to face the Chiefs next week.

Andy Reid has a message for Jim Harbaugh ahead of their faceoff

A team’s nothing without its coach, no matter how many great players it has. When you think of the best coaches in the NFL, names like Bill Belichick, Andy Reid, Tom Landry, and Joe Gibbs pop into your head. Andy Reid has led the Chiefs to three Super Bowl victories. Now, as he goes up against Jim Harbaugh, he’s sending a strong message. Don’t worry, it’s not the ‘rivalry’ type, more like an ‘appreciation’ type.

Reid and Harbaugh’s friendship goes way back. Thanks to his dad,

Jack Harbaugh, they’ve known each other for nearly twenty years. “Jim has done it at every level. Really. He comes from a great family, great football family. His dad is a phenomenal football coach, he could have easily coached at this level”, said the Chiefs HC ahead of the Chiefs vs Chargers game. The Chiefs HC didn’t hold back from showering compliments on Jim, saying he’s got enough skills to understand the game from a dual perspective.

Andy also expressed his excitement about facing his divisional rivals. Well, it’s not just him, the fans are pretty pumped up too. The Chiefs will be hosting the Chargers at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday, December 8. So, buckle up, it’s going to be a wild ride as we watch these two top AFC West teams clash.
