So, the internet has been a bit divided recently on a topic that you don’t often see. Who would win in a fight between 100 men and one gorilla? There have been many bets and debates that have sometimes sparked full-blown discussions and, obviously, a meme fest. However, it seems someone might have an answer to who’s gonna come out victorious. Ravens QB Lamar Jackson has hopped into this latest trend and is now looking to end this debate once and for all. His latest tweets on X suggest Jackson has a plan that can give 99 men and him an edge over a gorilla.

Jackson, who obviously has mastered the art of slaying defenses, having won 2 NFL MVPs before 30, isn’t scared of a gorilla. On Thursday, he reposted a tweet that disagreed with 100 Lamar Jackson winning against a gorilla. Obviously, Jackson didn’t believe such a hypothetical situation. He envisions himself as a winner even if it’s not related to the gridiron. “Yea they ah tripping we gonna get real strategic. We going Bananas,” Jackson wrote on X.

Now, a fan of Jackson seems to have deciphered what Jackson meant by going Bananas. He commented on his initial post with a photo of Lamar holding a huge weapon. “Right n the blow hole!” a text overlay read over Jackson’s photo. Later, he also reshared the same comment, writing, “I’m glad you know I got a whole “jimmy Neutron” in my hand that I nicknamed “Blast off.” So, Jackson using his Blast Off in a fight with a gorilla is surely gonna end in the Ravens QB’s favor. Imagine him aiming his Jimmy Neutron at a gorilla while 99 men back him up from different flanks.

It would be game over for the gorilla in seconds if this hypothetical situation were to come true. Well, Jackson ain’t the only one who believes the men are going to win this battle because of their superior strategic mind. Tara Stoinski, president and chief scientific officer of the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund, also said that men will prevail. “Our ability to really cooperate and coordinate. I think those two elements kind of work against a gorilla’s favor,” Stoinski said.

Since those thoughts kind of put the men in the driving seat against a gorilla, Jackson isn’t the only NFLer who has hopped into this trend. Travis Kelce’s retired brother, Jason Kelce, also believes the man is going to overcome a gorilla but without losses.

Jason Kelce gives his hot take on the 100 men vs a gorilla debate

The internet could still be busy brawling over, could 100 men take on a gorilla? But if you ask Jason Kelce, he seems to already have an answer to your queries. Jason said on his latest New Heights podcast episode, “I think 100 guys could beat one gorilla. Everybody just got to be dedicated to this,” as he read one user’s comment. Dedication would help those 100 men claim victory against a gorilla. They could drain the gorilla’s endurance while fighting it from different angles. Then Jason went to answer some trending questions related to this fight. “Are we allowed to use tools,” one fan asked. Jason, who apparently owns a “big g–,” said if they are allowed one, he can end it “real quick.”

But this fight doesn’t involve the men using weapons; it’s 100 unarmed men taking on a single gorilla. So, given this condition, Jason believes, “You’re going to need a tool. You can’t kill a gorilla with your hands.” However, he does think they can choke the gorilla out, but that comes with some severe consequences. I think 100 guys could do it because the gorilla would get tired. But he’s going to go through about 98 of them,” Kelce claims.

Well, Kelce also warned those who believe they can defeat a gorilla in hand-to-hand combat. “If you try and go fight a gorilla with your bare hands, you will die,” Kelce said. So, it’s up to the tools that they are allowed to use. Jason floated the options of a big rock or a stick with a sharp point. He believes those two tools, if not g— could help the 100 men win against a gorilla. But then again, it’s up to your imagination from here. Because it’s a hypothetical situation that probably won’t ever happen.
