The NFL Week 9 game between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Tennessee Titans is underway, and it already has its first victim. The second quarter has just started, and the Steelers’ had to deploy their first replacement.

Steelers linebacker Cole Holcomb injured his knee after being tackled by his teammate. He was immediately carted off the pitch following it.

Pittsburgh Steelers LB Cole Holcomb suffers knee injury

During the final minute of the first quarter, Titans’ wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins received a pass from center and attempted to run for a TD. While trying to stop him, Holcomb tipped over Steelers’ safety Keanu Neal, hitting his knee with Neal’s in the process.

He held his knee and couldn’t get up, and had to cart off in the following seconds. Here’s a replay of the incident.
