Travis Kelce receives a death threat! The context behind the threat is fascinating, as the NFL star had nothing to do with it. The incident occurred on 16th June outside a recent fundraiser for the 46th US President Joe Biden ahead of the 2024 elections.

A viral video on X (formerly Twitter) showed a topless man standing in Downtown Los Angeles with a guitar bag and claiming he was hiding a gun inside it. The man, who remains unidentified, reportedly went on a 20-minute rant where he threatened to assassinate Joe Biden. But, it was not just the President. Out of nowhere, the man, all of a sudden, turned his attention to Travis Kelce.

“I want to kill Travis Kelce,” threatened the perpetrator. “I got a gun in here. I got a gun right here to kill Joe Biden. Where’s the Secret Service?” The footage ended with law enforcement officers rushing in and putting the man in handcuffs. The incident takes place weeks after Travis’ hilarious interaction with President Biden when the Chiefs visited the White House after winning Super Bowl LVIII. Many found his “My fellow Americans” speech amusing, and Kelce opened up on it recently.

On one episode of the New Heights podcast, Travis Kelce made a humorous revelation about his banter with President Joe Biden. Kelce came too close to Biden and the Secret Service was apparently “not too happy with it.” The NFL star apparently came really close to getting tazed by the Secret Service. “I had no idea President Biden was gonna ask me to come up and let me have my moment,” said Kelce. While the Chiefs’ No. 87 shares a cordial relationship with the President, he is yet to open up about his political beliefs. However, his girlfriend, Taylor Swift, doesn’t hold the same view.

Ahead of the 2020 US Presidential election, Travis Kelce’s girlfriend Taylor Swift endorsed Joe Biden and the then-Vice-Presidential candidate Kamala Harris. The billionaire singer has yet to come out and show her support for any candidate ahead of the upcoming 2024 elections. However, if former President and candidate Donald Trump is to be believed, Swift should not support the 81-year-old.

While Donald Trump called the 34-year-old “unusually beautiful,” the 78-year-old also questioned her political beliefs. “She is liberal, or is this just an act? She’s legitimately liberal? It’s not an act? It surprises me that a country star can be successful being liberal,” said Trump in an interview with Setoodeh. The “Shake It Off” star, who is currently on her ‘Eras Tour’, did not respond to the comments.
