Sporting a Fab Athletics fit, Nicole’s IG reel came with a sassy caption: “That shelf isn’t gonna build itself. Try two rounds of this 2-minute glute finisher on your next leg day!” In the reel, the 33-year-old kicks off with a basic squat, diving straight into squat pulses.

“The reality is the glute muscles are not gonna grow if you don’t challenge yourself,” Nicole says before launching into jump squats like there’s no tomorrow. As she pushes through the burn, she quips, “At this point, you might be questioning yourself why the hell you’re doing this, but you have only 30 seconds left,” before finishing the workout with squat rotations.

After the steamy workout, the social media personality shared how she’d been doing these glute finishers for a few months and that her “glutes had never felt more activated, exhausted, and just juicy.” Talk about motivation, y’all!

But Kayla Nicole’s not just about the glutes. She’s on a mission to make high-quality workout content accessible.
