The Chiefs have won the battle against the Raiders 31-17 but it came at the cost of certain injuries sustained by the key players throughout the game. The Raiders’ defensive end Maxx Crosby also looked in pain after the game. This win has shrugged off all the doubts that were brewing up after last week’s loss sustained against the Eagles. Reigning MVP Patrick Mahomes saved the day once again.

At the start, the Raiders secured a 14-point lead and were looking to threaten the Chiefs’ advances. Just when it looked like the Raiders would produce a major upset this season, Mahomes produced a game-winning performance by securing two TDs. The win that gives a cause to celebrate has caused some minor injuries to the Chiefs’ key players and troubled the Raiders’ keyman.

Andy Reid reveals the list of injured players.

A few players from the team suffered minor injuries in the game the likes of Kadarius Toney, Thompson, and Jerick McKinnon. Although their playing status is still questionable. HC Andy Reid revealed the status in the post-match conference. Reid looked confident and started by saying, “We have a couple of injuries but nothing too serious right now.” 

He named Sky Moore who injured his left knee and opened up about the other two debacles. He stated, “Donavan came out with a stringer and then Trey Smith just hit his foot at the, right at the end there”. After that, he revealed the good by disclosing that “All of them should be okay” and appreciated the fans for the support received by his team during the game.

While he missed out on mentioning Neil Farrel, Mike Calieondo, and Nick Farrell too, their opposition has far greater trouble on their hands right now. All is not well for those in the opposite team’s dugout. The Raiders need to worry about Maxx Crosby now more than ever.

Maxx Crosby has a ‘healthy’ mentality, not physically

Maxx Crosby played the game while his status was deemed questionable last week. Logan Reever now sheds light on the trouble that Crosby faced during the battle by sharing a clip through his post on X. When a reporter asked Crosby, a question relating to his knee injury “What percentage were you tonight?”

He looked down towards his knee and responded with a chuckle, “Healthy”. While the reporter asked Crosby to put a number on it. Crosby shook his neck and said, “I don’t know. Yeah can’t put a number on it but I was going through it for sure”.
