The Sanders fam isn’t just a football dynasty; it’s a media powerhouse, thanks in no small part to Deion Sanders Jr., aka Bucky. While Deion Sr., Shedeur, and Shilo often steal the spotlight with their on-field exploits, Bucky has carved out his own lane, turning the Colorado Buffaloes into a digital juggernaut. As the brains behind the popular “Well Off Media” brand, Deion Jr. has become the unofficial voice of Colorado football, offering fans a behind-the-scenes pass to one of the most talked-about programs in college sports. Can you believe Travis Hunter and Deion Jr. now have nearly identical subscriber counts—548K and 583K, respectively? From locker room pep talks to draft day drama, Bucky’s content captures the raw, unfiltered energy of the Buffs’ resurgence.

But Bucky’s brand isn’t just about football. It’s a full-blown lifestyle. From private jet trips to Corvette cruises, Deion Sanders Jr.’s world is a reflection of the Sanders ethos—big energy, bigger dreams. His chunky jewelry collection has become a signature, adding a little extra shine to his already vibrant online persona. And while his dad and brothers shine under stadium lights, Bucky holds his own with a camera in one hand and a mic in the other. His rap tracks, like “Money Old” and “Icy,” have carved a niche in the music scene, with his latest drop, “All Fall Down,” adding to a growing discography. It’s all part of his digital nomad lifestyle—an unapologetic mix of hustle and hype.

On May 19th, Deion Sanders Jr. gave fans a glimpse of his daily grind on his IG story, cruising around in his dream wheels, recording himself jamming to a track, and sporting a T-shirt with his brother Shedeur’s face on it. It’s classic Bucky—always on brand, always in motion. But while it’s all fun and games on social, the move might’ve raised a few brows back home.

After all, Coach Prime has a track record of worrying about his kids behind the wheel. Just last year, his daughter Shelomi, who plays for the Alabama A&M Bulldogs, had a close call. Deion recalled the nerve-racking moment on a FaceTime call. “I said, ‘Baby, let me pray for you,’ and she closed her eyes. I said, ‘BABY, YOU DRIVING AIN’TCHA?’ Lololol She opened her eyes and busted out laughing.” It’s a classic Coach Prime moment—part protective dad, part stand-up comic. But Deion Sanders Jr. didn’t do anything like that, so hopefully, he avoids a lecture from his busy, supportive dad.

As Bucky builds his empire, dad Deion isn’t just sitting on the sidelines. He’s got his son’s back, publicly defending him amid recent scrutiny.

What’s your perspective on:

Is Deion Sanders Jr. the unsung hero of the Sanders family, or just living in their shadow?

Coach Prime’s public plea for Deion Sanders Jr.

Well, we know how Deion Sanders has been overprotective about his kids. So much so that he had a list of programs chalked out for Shedeur to go into the NFL. Before that, he got really upset at Shelomi for leaving Colorado without consulting with him. However, amidst all the siblings, Deion Sanders Jr. is known to be Coach Prime’s favorite. Do you remember Papa Prime’s birthday message for Bucky?  “Happy Birthday to my favorite child! He’s the glue that holds everyone together.”

Sadly, the social media buzz focuses only on Shedeur and Shilo, something Deion felt the need to point out again. On May 19, Coach Prime came up with a post on IG. It had a picture showing Deion’s 1989 Draft Day look, complete with a telephone receiver and, of course, his signature shades. But here’s the catch: the face in the pic was all mixed up, like a blend of Shedeur and Shilo. And being their father, it didn’t take Deion long to figure out… that Bucky had been totally left out of the picture.

That’s when he came up with a plea. “How they forgot Bucky @deionsandersjr in this picture? I can see @shilosanders & @shedeursanders but they can’t forget the Glue that keeps it all together @deionsandersjr @welloffforever. #CoachPrime.” If that’s enough public praise, here comes some more. “The MVP of all my kids!,” the proud father posted on IG, crowning his oldest son, Deion Sanders Jr. Praise is high, but one wrong move behind the wheel and Deion Jr. could drive straight into Papa Prime’s disappointment lane.
