It looks like Jimmy Butler has finally found a home in Miami Heat after jumping from team to team in the last couple of seasons. He made a great showing for his team in the NBA Playoffs, helping the Heat take a 2-0 lead over the Indiana Pacers.

The hot shooting from beyond the three-point line was too much to handle for a Sabonis-less Pacers team. Moreover, the Miami Heat’s 17 long-range bombs set a new franchise record for three-pointers made in a single playoff game for the franchise.

While Butler struggled a bit from the field, it was Duncan Robinson who was on fire today. He drained 7 three-pointers to give Heat a comfortable lead over the Pacers.

Also, TJ Warren’s exquisite Bubble form has disappeared during the playoffs. Could it be that Butler has got into his head?

Is Jimmy Butler a Miami Heat for life?

Last season, Butler joined the 76ers to ensure success in the playoffs, but Kawhi Leonard had other plans. The 76ers were eliminated in the Conference semi-finals and Butler joined the Heat.

At the time, NBA fans heavily scrutinized Butler’s decision. But as it turns out, things worked out perfectly for Jimmy. He is known as one of the most dedicated players in the entire league, and Miami Heat is the perfect place for a player like him.

In an interview with Taylor Rooks, Butler was asked about the reason behind his success with Miami.

Butler replied, “I get to be me.”

We don’t take nothing personal because everybody knows that, whenever I say something I mean well, it may not come out the right way but I mean well and it goes that way across the board.

You don’t skip over people to get a message you go right to them and I think here that’s how they want it, we thrive like that and we play great basketball.”

It seems Jimmy Butler has finally found himself a home with the Heat. The major issue he faced with his previous teams was with the work ethic of his teammates. But the situation is different in Miami. Should he remain in the Miami Heat?
