Tucker recently uploaded a picture of himself and James Harden after a workout session. He captioned the story with, “That’s why I never let y’all kill my ambitions.”

This story has left fans puzzled, as it suggests that PJ Tucker is not with the Rockets team in Chicago. On the other hand, the 35-year-old did participate in the initial workout by new Head Coach Stephen Silas. So maybe he is trying to convince Harden to give it a try.

Additionally, the Rockets have added DeMarcus Cousins and John Wall to their roster as well. The team looks good, but is it good enough to convince the former MVP to stay?

Ever since Harden graced the team with his presence, the Rockets have seen their fair share of ups and downs. They perform at a phenomenal level in the regular season but come playoff time, they succumb under pressure.

Moreover, Harden has always had a sidekick by his side, whom he could rely on during tough times. Despite all that, the Rockets have failed to bring home the glorious trophy. Maybe a change in scenario is what the Beard needs to finally become an NBA champion.

As of now, he has a lot of options on the table such as the Sixers or the Nets. But it all comes down to the Rockets’ front office and how open they are to the idea of a world without Harden on their side.
