Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James is currently playing in his 10th NBA Finals. Except for last year, he has continuously appeared in the Finals since 2011. However, he has won only thrice. So this year, he is ensuring that he comes away with a win.

ESPN‘s Dave McMenamin reported that LeBron had told his teammates that Game 4 was a must-win game for them. Despite being the favorites in the tie, he knew that if the Heat leveled the series at 2-2, it could get tough for them. In the quest for his fourth ring, he wants no complacency.

LeBron James: Leading by example

During the game, LeBron led by example on the court, scoring 28 points, and grabbed 12 rebounds and eight assists. He shot 50% from the field and went 10/12 from the charity stripe. After starting slow, both he and Anthony Davis came alive in the second half. They combined for 50 points in the game, reminding everyone that they are the best duo in the league.

He was too much to handle for the Heat in the post, and they resorted to hack him every time he entered the paint. Heat forward Jae Crowder kept getting away with fouls against LeBron after repeatedly taking a go at him. But LeBron kept his cool and answered back with points every time.

After receiving a mean mug from Heat rookie Tyler Herro during the previous game, LeBron bulldozed him last night as he charged for an aggressive dunk. Herro tried to keep up with him, but was too weak and was sent flying away on contact.

Entering into Game 5 on Friday, LeBron will be expected to repeat this performance and seal his fourth ring. He will be keen on improving his 3-6 Finals record, which will push him to make a better case for being the greatest to play the game.
