In a trade, the Los Angeles Lakers acquired Russell Westbrook from the Washington Wizards while losing Kyle Kuzma. However, it didn’t work so well for the Lakers as compared to both players’ performance, Kuzma has stepped over his game, causing the Lakers to regret the trade. As for comparing him to Westbrook, it hasn’t worked out as planned for the Lakers since Westbrook’s performance is deteriorating with each game.

Over the past few weeks, he has shown tremendous performance for the team as he has averaged 25.3 points, 11.2 rebounds, and 2.7 assists. In view of his improvement, there is no doubt he will be in the conversation for MVP in a few weeks.
