This game will serve as the second leg of a back-to-back for them after they defeated the Trail Blazers 116-112 last night.
James Harden led the way for Brooklyn as the likes of Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving sat out for different reasons. While Durant is still rehabilitating from his hamstring strain, Irving has taken a leave of absence for family reasons. Both haven’t even traveled with the squad for the road trip and as a result, won’t be either a part of this contest and the next one against the Pistons.
The Nets won in spite of their inconsistent shooting form against the Blazers (9-30 from the three-point line). James Harden continued with his stupendous ball-handling form with 17 assists on top of the 25 points he scored.
