Shaquille O’Neal is a man of many talents. The world was well accustomed to the big man’s hooping talents until he laid them to rest in 2011. However, he has subsequently impressed many with his prowess in the business sphere. Shaq is dominating the franchise world in the same manner that he used to dominate the NBA hardwood.

Another talent that Diesel has up his sleeve is alluring women with his unfazed charm and confidence. Shaq displayed his expertise in flirting during an interview on the Daily Pop show, where he flirted with guest host Rocsi Diaz. While the entire segment saw the LA Lakers legend showing off his flirting skills, he revealed that he and Rocsi are actually good friends.

Shaq gave everyone a sneak preview of his wooing game. However, when he attempted to do the same with renowned singer Shakira, he found no luck.

Shaquille O’Neal, hoping to find a valentine, decided to shoot his shot at the Colombian heartthrob, Shakira. The big man thought he’ll be taking perfect advantage of the opportunity the occasion provided. However, in hindsight, it wasn’t the best of ideas.

Shaq stood in front of Shakira with flowers in his hands and wearing a sharp suit. He oozed confidence as he shook her hand and said, “I’d like to ask you a question…will you be my valentine?” Following this, the NBA legend closed his eyes and leaned in for a kiss right off the bat.

Shakira looked right at the camera, muttering the words, “He’s too tall” and backed away from Shaq and the frame.

Seeing all this transpire, TNT’s Craig Sager stepped in. The reporter decided to save the occasion by kissing Shaq. However, he placed his hand between his and the big man’s lips.

Shaq, who still had his eyes closed, was caught by surprise and said “Hey man! What the h*ll!” To this, Sager replied hilariously, “I didn’t want you to get turned down on Valentine’s day.”

Well, Shaq couldn’t woo Shakira to be his valentine, but at least, he took his shot.
