The Chicago Bulls evened up the series as they defeated the Milwaukee Bucks. Going on the road, Game 2 was an offensive display. Both DeRozan and Giannis Antetokounmpo put on a masterclass as they went head to head. However, the Greek Freak’s efforts didn’t prove enough. But fans found another sports star to pin the blame on.

Game 1 of this Eastern Conference first-round saw both teams struggle to put up points. Milwaukee was able to defend their home court taking a much-needed advantage. But DeRozan was determined to bounce back from his poor show. Checking in to Game 2, the Bulls stole the game in the Bucks’ home arena.

But for fans, they resorted to giving NFL star quarterback, Aaron Rodgers unnecessary hate for the loss. The Packers man came in to support the Bucks, but the love was not reciprocated.

Chicago Bulls slay the Bucks because of Rodgers?

In a close battle, the Bulls wound up winning an important Game 2 on the road. Fans saw both the best players go right at each other. At the end of the day, DeRozan’s heroic performance lifted the Bulls over the finishing line. With the series tied, the Bulls have a major advantage going home. While Chicago was on top of their game, the fans couldn’t get over Rodgers’ poor show in the NFL playoffs.

They took to Twitter to dig into Rodgers showing up to support the Milwaukee Bucks. The NFL MVP got a lot of slander as fans aren’t over his playoff blunder.

As far as the direct impact goes, DeRozan put an arrow through the Bucks. The Bulls leading scorer shined bright putting up 41 points, 7 rebounds, and 4 assists. Zach Lavine and Vucevic were also great support players to DeMar. While Lavine soared to 20 points, Vucevic added a valuable 24 points and 13 rebounds. The Bulls now are in the driver’s seat as they head to Chicago sharing one game each.

Unsurprisingly, Giannis Antetokounmpo almost stole the game away from the Bulls. The Greek Freak added 33 points, 18 rebounds, 9 assists, and 2 blocks to the mix. Bucks center Brook Lopez dominated with his size as well. He put up 25 points and 6 rebounds in the losing effort. But Middleton and Holiday couldn’t produce big as the Bulls’ ‘Big 3’ outshined their rivals.
