Interestingly enough, it seems Jordan likes to personally taste his products before launching them. This was revealed by the CEO of the company, Emilia Fazzalari.

Talking during an interview, she revealed, “Michael and I taste every single batch before we bottle to ensure its quality and consistency.” Interestingly enough, her husband, Wyc Grousbeck is the owner of the 2022 NBA finalists Boston Celtics.

Emilia and Wyc teamed up with Michael Jordan, Jeanie Buss, and Wes Edens to launch the brand. The company recently launched a new blend of its award-winning tequila, Cincoro Gold. The bottle is priced at $349.99 and will come in limited quantities.

Michael Jordan is not the only NBA star involved in tequila

Tequila is a fast-growing business venture. Needless to say, business persons worldwide did not leave the opportunity to invest in this industry.

Alongside Michael Jordan, LeBron James also has his own tequila brand. He is a major investor in the Lobos 1707 brand along with Draymond Green, Rich Paul, and also Anthony Davis.
