Despite the bad chemistry with Gobert on the floor, Mitchell has been stellar for the Jazz. He averaged nearly 26 points in the regular season and can score in all ways possible. The high flyer has led the Jazz through tough times more often than not.

However, despite his efforts, the team hasn’t been able to see any success. Failing to carry their momentum into the postseason has raised huge questions about the Gobert-Mitchell duo. While both have denied any kind of spite between them, there may be a chance one of them sees their time in Utah come to a close.

Looking at Mitchell’s situation, the Miami Heat could make the push to get an elite scorer like him. The Heat have one of the best defenses in the league, which would take all the pressure off Mitchell.

Looking at their playoff loss to the Boston Celtics, Miami is in desperate need of a scorer behind Jimmy Butler. And Mitchell could serve as the perfect answer for them.
