In the matchup against the Knicks, Cleveland made a major statement. Winning the game 126-105, they were on their top show tonight. However, their best weapon for the night was Ricky Rubio. Playing for 31 minutes in the game, Rubio put on an offensive display to guide the Cavaliers to another win.

This fiery performance got the attention of the ‘King’ as he reacted to Rubio going off.

Rubio was truly at his absolute peak, going off for 37 points along with 8 assists against the New York Knicks. Notably, he was hot from the three-point range, making 8 out of his 9 attempts. His playmaking as well gave a major boost to the Cavs as they never went out of the game. While he was sure the best performer, Cleveland had other heroes as well.

Rookie Evan Mobley had one of his best games of the season with 26 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists. Plus, Jarrett Allen continued his impressive run, putting up yet another double-double with 18 points and 17 rebounds. Overall, Cavs did a great job in shutting down Knicks’ Julius Randle and RJ Barrett as they shot a combined 10-30 from the field.
