The two big stars, LeBron and Metta have faced each other 21 times in the NBA regular season, though not even once in the playoffs. However, LeBron holds a 13-8 winning record over Metta in the league.

Metta admits he could never stop James

On a recent episode of ‘Called Game’, Metta described his experiences of playing against the newer generation of NBA players. James has evidently led this decade of the league, and Metta wasn’t new to this fact.

The former small forward admires LeBron for his unbeatable gameplays. “He [LeBron] was one of the few guys that I literally couldn’t stop when I wanted to,” Metta added.

“I had maybe a couple good games, but he was one of the guys I definitely didn’t have his number. Some people say I did, but I just don’t see it.”

Metta mostly found his ways on the defensive end, but couldn’t get past Bron. The latter is moving forward in his career stronger than ever, despite new-age defenders challenging him yet again every single day.
