While LeBron might be dropping phenomenal performances and trash-talking on the court, he sure does not know how to bluff outside of it. During an interview, former Cleveland Cavaliers star Drew Gooden was asked about his favorite LeBron story.

Gooden talked about the time they were on a plane and James asserted that he can survive a plane crash. Gooden said, “LeBron once told us he can survive a plane crash. We were on a plane talking, turbulence was going on and he’s like, ‘Nah, I think I can survive a plane crash.‘”

Interestingly enough, LeBron has a hilarious method that will save him from the crash. As mentioned by Drew, LeBron took out all the pillows and stuffings from the plane and talked about how this will save him. Gooden further added, “When I thought about it, I thought it was the most dumbest thing I have ever heard, but it was actually smart.

Drew Gooden played with LeBron James for the Cleveland Cavaliers ever since James was still new to the league. He then left the team to join the Chicago Bulls.

Drew Gooden was an essential player for the Cleveland Cavaliers from 2004 to 2007. During the same time, LeBron was slowly establishing himself as one of the best players in the league.
