The criticism gained further momentum when fans found an old clip of Kevin Durant expressing his displeasure with the game. In a recently surfaced video, Durant criticized the game in a passionate rant. Fans responded favorably to his message, echoing his feelings and supporting him.

Old Kevin Durant rant resurfaces

With the release of NBA 2k coming up soon, the game has been a hot topic of discussion among NBA fans and gamers alike. And Kevin Durant has received much attention about the same. Durant, who has regularly demonstrated his superiority on the court over the previous decade, has yet to achieve the elusive 99 overall rating in the well-known video game title. In a video that has resurfaced online from two years before, the impassioned athlete went on a rant about the same.

He said, “I work extremely hard. I can make shots from all over the floor,” Durant said. “I’m a solid passer. I think I’m a great passer, a great rebounder. I pretty much do everything great. That’s why I should be a 99.”

Surprisingly, Durant’s rating on 2k has remained consistent throughout these years.
