Camping at Rockingham Speedway

Rockingham Speedway is one of the fan favorite tracks for a reason. The venue is known for having fan-friendly policies, including being able to bring your food and drinks into the venue. Each guest can carry one soft-sided cooler, no larger than 14″ x 14″ x 14″, along with a small backpack and purse. What is the entry policy at ‘The Rock’?

Safety and security are a priority at Rockingham Speedway, which is why there is a strict list of prohibited items that fans must know before arriving. This includes outside alcohol, hard-sided coolers, large knives, fireworks, umbrellas, drones, and strollers. Pets are also prohibited in the grandstands, but are welcome in camping areas as long as they’re on a leash.

Fans are allowed to bring items such as blankets, clothing layers, sunscreen, bug spray, hand sanitizer, iPads, tablets, small laptops, binoculars, scanners, and headsets as long as they can be carried inside bags.
