The former professional golfer wore an American flag bikini to wish her followers and fans on social media. As a social media influencer, the 29-year-old used the day to make an interesting video incorporating hot dogs.Â
According to reports, Americans eat 150 million hot dogs each year on the 4th of July. The majority of hot dogs are eaten at the eating contest conducted by Nathanâs Famous hot dog company, every year on independence day.Â
Eating hot dogs on independence day has been a popular traditions in America. Spiranac also joined the tradition by testing how many hot dogs she could eat in 10 minutes.Â

âHappy fourth of July, everyone!â the 1-time Cactus Tour champion wished her followers at the beginning of her video.Â
Spiranac knew she wouldnât be able to eat so many hot dogs without gagging. âSo instead, I am gonna show you the techniques that I have picked up from the best hot dog eaters in the world,â she explained.Â

As it is evident from her video, Spiranac didnât use any sauce but ate plain hot dogs. This irked many of her audience who went on in the comments to express their disconcern. Some of them also commented on the âexpertâ techniques that she provided in her video.
I donât know how you got through that, especially with the dunker and double dunker. And the fact that they were all plain dogs without mustard or relish or kraut. A hot dog is meant to have condiments. Without those, hot dogs arenât great.
