To name a few, signing a multiyear contract with Sentosa Golf Club in Singapore, going international with its expansion model and the biggest of all; merging with PGA Tour and DP World Tour to form a separate golf entity. This has been a great year for Norman professionally.

Amid all this, it seems Norman’s personal life is also at its all-time high phase as the former PGA Tour pro gears up to take up a new role.

Along with being a great golfer during his playing days and now being a full-time LIV Golf commander, Norman is also a loving dad of two children: Gregory Norman and Morgan Leigh Norman. Both of his children are happily married.

One of Norman’s kids, Gregory is about to become a father as his wife Michelle Norman is pregnant. The day of the couple becoming parents and the 68-year-old becoming a grandfather is coming close. Norman’s daughter-in-law shared two beautiful pictures with her husband, and their pet dog announcing the last days of her pregnancy.

She shared about the turmoil of emotions she has been experiencing as she gets closer to meeting her baby. This is not the first time that the former golfer will be in grandfather’s role as he has experienced it before.

Although, the good news in Norman’s life is coming at a very controversial time; amid the $3 billion merger of the three primary golf entities under one umbrella and the PGA Tour being sponsored by the Saudi Public Investment Fund and the meaning it holds for Noman’s future as CEO.

Is Norman’s future at Saudi League in danger? 

In the reported draft contract of the merger that has been surfacing on the internet, there is a clause that mentioned that one Saudi PIF member will be appointed to the PGA Tour policy board in order to make the most of the long-term partnership. 

The aforesaid member of the policy board will be appointed by the PIF governor, Yasir-Al-Rumayyan. As per the leaked contract, there is no name in consideration yet as to who will become the PGA Tour policy board’s member.
