While speaking to TIME, Serena Williams was asked for her greatest of all-time picks. The six-time US Open champion replied, “Oh my gosh. I mean, I think Lewis Hamilton…He’s not only the greatest, but also he does so much.”

The 40-year-old American superstar also mentioned names such as Tiger Woods, LeBron James, and Michael Jordan.

Great truly recognizes great. 23-time Grand Slam Champion Serena Williams is one of the most recognizable faces in the sports industry. Likewise, for his exploits, Mercedes’ seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton is considered the greatest driver to ever grace a Formula 1 race track.

This isn’t the first time, however, that the two have been seen on the same piece of paper. Lewis Hamilton and Serena Williams recently teamed up for a rather unusual partnership.

When asked about the Serena Williams connection, the Briton replied, “Every now and then she’ll (Serena) give me a bit of that magic in her words. She’s really interested in cars now and she has asked me a lot of questions about how it feels and all the technical things about Formula One.”

Serena Williams seems greatly interested in motorsports. Hamilton himself has admitted that he is tapped into the sport and does not intend to cut his ties once he hangs up his helmet.
