The Spaniard arguably experienced a disappointing stint with Alpine this year. Even though Alpine finished fourth in the constructors’ championship ahead of McLaren, Alonso’s season was hampered by reliability issues and unlucky instances.

As a result, the 41-year-old has joined Aston Martin, a team that finished 2022 in seventh. In fact, Alonso is extremely excited to drive for the Silverstone-based outfit. How can we be sure? Well, Alonso’s action tells us!
