Lewis Hamilton has made himself more than just a successful Formula 1 driver. The Brit, powered by Mercedes, has etched his name in the annals of F1 history. However, the reach and stardom of the 7x champion aren’t just limited to the Formula 1 circles. The 38-year-old is a household name now, but his fame and fandom reach the very zenith and peak of royalty, sporting and otherwise.

For instance, the Silver Arrows’ talisman is revered by the likes of Brad Pitt, who has even onboarded him as a producer in his ambitious Formula 1 endeavor. That being said, from the glamor of Hollywood to the exquisiteness of the global music industry, everyone loves Lewis Hamilton!

Lewis Hamilton converts One Direction

In a recent interview for a popular radio channel, ex-One Direction member Niall Horan said, “I don’t want to sound like a glory hunter but I’m a huge Lewis Hamilton fan. He’s a guy I know quite well and obviously an unbelievable driver, seven world championships to his name,” when asked about his favorite F1 driver.

Now, it seems as though his fellow collaborator, Liam Payne shares a similar affinity. At the British GP, Martin Brundle during his famous ‘Grid Walk’ segment, interviewed Payne and asked him about Hamilton. To which Payne replied, “I love Lewis, he’s great! I’ve known him a few years now. I’m excited to see him race.”

But while 2/5ths of One Direction are Lewis Hamilton fans, one particular member adores the comeback kid instead!

Daniel Ricciardo is back to being a full-time Formula 1 driver. That’s right, the Honey Badger will replace Nyck de Vries at AlphaTauri with immediate effect. And while the masses have been divided by this news, Mr. Harry Styles will surely be beaming.

Back in 2021, One Direction’s main man, Harry Styles made an important Ricciardo acquisition. According to a fan on Twitter, “Harry wore a @danielricciardo Speedway collection tee out in New York recently. This shirt was part of a special collection around the F1 US Grand Prix last October!”
