Even if Piastri is tearing it up in the premier class and making a name for himself in his rookie season, he’s still 22 years old. He’s still a son to a mother who is not afraid to speak her mind, especially when she’s nervous. This is exactly what Nicole Piastri did with a tweet in her reaction to her son’s contract extension with McLaren.

Piastri’s mother hilariously tweeted, “What!! So we are doing this for another 3 years??? 😩”

This isn’t the first time the nervous mother has made her feelings known about her son’s daredevil-ish antics as well. She once put out a warning on X when Oscar decided to test out a MotoGP bike.

However, after one point, the McLaren driver’s mother did not care as she had prior engagements and the delayed race was hampering her schedule. What was so important that she was willing to risk her son’s safety? Well, let her tell you herself.
