The Honey Badger admitted to being in love and we can only assume he is talking about Heidi Berger. Berger is the daughter of former F1 driver and 10-time race winner Gerhard Berger.

The 25-year-old actor is the reason behind Ricciardo’s stress-free living following the McLaren ousting. Moreover, the two even spent quality time together during the 2022 F1 summer break.

Ricciardo admitted to being in love without naming names on the Fitzy & Wippa Podcast. When asked, “Does love eliminate stress in your life?” Ricciardo replied in affirmation, “love eliminates stress, yeah absolutely!”

On further questioning about his current love life, he added, “Yeah mate, I’m in love. I’ve got a good thing going, so yeah. I’ve got a good balance in life right now.”

As things stand, Ricciardo surely needs balance as he looks towards an uncertain future that is away from the track by his own admission.
