Sebastian Vettel and Lance Stroll the only teammates paired together

While the Red Bull duo addressed the media together last weekend, Sebastian Vettel and Lance Stroll will do the same this weekend in Austria.

Vettel had a weekend to forget after a poor performance at Styria GP. The four-time world champion only qualified at P14 and finished the race two places ahead at P12. Whereas Lance Stroll, who failed to qualify for Q2 at Baku and La Castellet, qualified at P9 for Styrian GP. The young Canadian had a great weekend who finished the race at P8 and bags four points for his team.

This year’s title contender Max Verstappen is paired with the two-time world champion Fernando Alonso. Reigning champion Lewis Hamilton will face the media with Alpine’s Esteban Ocon. The two f1 debutants this season, Yuki Tsunoda and Nikita Mazepin, are paired together. Carlos Sainz will face the media with Mick Schumacher.

Kimi Raikkonen, who’d sworn at Charles Leclerc after the latter damaged his front wing, is paired with the young Ferrari driverr. Daniel Ricciardo and George Russell will address the media together. Gasly who had to retire after early contact with Leclerc is paired with Nicholas Latifi. Valtteri Bottas and in-form McLaren driver Lando Norris are paired together.

The driver’s press conferences will commence on 1st July at 12:30 pm local time and 10:30 am GMT.

Red Bull and Max Verstappen to look for fifth consecutive win at Austria GP

Red Bull would surely seek to build on their recent solid performances and register another win at their backyard. The Milton Keynes-based team will again be the favorites to win considering their title rival Mercedes have stopped making any further development to their car.

Max Verstappen and Red Bull have a further chance to extend their lead in the championship over Lewis Hamilton and Mercedes, respectively.

After the victory at Styrian GP, Verstappen has extended his lead by 18 points over the reigning champion, Lewis Hamilton in the Drivers’ Championship standings. The Dutchman is a serious title contender and could end Hamilton’s dominance this season.

Similarly, the Milton Keynes outfit have extended their lead over the Silver Arrows by 40 points in the Constructors’ Championship.
