Fans want drifting competition between Steam Deck and Nintendo Switch!
Nintendo Switch has been a great console ever since its release years ago. People love it for its portability and, of course, its design and appeal. However, the console has been the victim of unexpected scenarios as well. Especially when it comes to the topic of drift in its sticks.
Now that a new rival device in Steam Deck has made its entrance in the handheld segment, the war involving drifting seems to have escalated to a whole new level. And people experiencing stick drift, at least, that’s what’s happening right now, according to Wario64 on Twitter.

The account shared a Reddit post in of their recent tweets, regarding how some owners of Steam Deck are experiencing the instances of drift.
As soon as Wario64 shared the clip on Twitter, fans also came up with their own views on this entire situation. Surprisingly, most of them urged to have a drifting competition between Steam Deck and Nintendo Switch. Because of several owners facing such situations with the just-released gaming PC.
Others mentioned that this problem needs to be rectified since it has existed for a long time now.

I’m sorry but I just know these people are going ham and pressing in on the joysticks to hard. I’ve had the same controllers for YEARS and have never experienced drift, maybe people need to be more gentle with controllers.

I doubt this. Many don’t understand how this works in the first place. Every controller (freshly made) has a slight drift and it’s supposed to be offset in the backend. More than likely this stick isn’t configured correctly so it’s not accounting for the natural drift.
