This ongoing activity from Treyarch basically indicates that it’s working on the next Black Ops game in its own sub-series. However, it’s yet to be confirmed whether the next entry will be a sequel to 2020’s Cold War or a dedicated Black Ops 5 title in itself – continuing the events from 2018’s fourth offering in the celebrated series.
