For the Lions, there are seven players, including cornerback Steven Gilmore, wide receiver Antoine Green, QB Hendon Hooker, DL Brodric Martin, who is ruled out of the game as veteran rusher Bruce Irvin will play in his place, Julian Okwara, DL Levi Onwuzurike, and Brock Wright, who has been suffering from a hip injury during the Week 15 matchup.

On the opposite team, the inactive include Trey Lance (Emergency QB), cornerback Noah Igbinoghene, Rico Dowdle, cornerback Eric Scott, Asim Richards, Matt Waletzko, and Johnathan Hankins.
