YouTube sensation Jake Paul has come out with his condolences following UFC Hall Of Famer and MMA legend Stephan Bonnar’s tragic death. The former Ultimate Fighter finalist passed away at the age of 45, with heart complications cited as the source of death.

Bonnar was a legend in the sport and competed in 26 professional bouts throughout his career in multiple promotions, including the UFC and Bellator. Moreover, he made his name following his legendary fight against former light heavyweight champion Forrest Griffin in the Ultimate fighter finale. Despite losing the fight, ‘The American Psycho’ gained huge popularity with his excellent performance.

Jake Paul mourns the loss of UFC legend

Paul took to social media to mourn the loss of Bonnar. In a Twitter post, he expressed his sadness stating that he remembered Bonnar’s fights against Anderson Silva. He also claimed that Griffin would not have had a very successful career had it not been for the former legend.

RIP to the American Pyscho, Stephan Bonnar. I remember watching him and Anderson Silva. From what I’ve read, without him and Forrest Griffin, UFC may have not made it.” he wrote.
