Most people would love to pet a dog or a cat when the furry beasts cross their paths. However, Floyd Mayweather has taken it to the next level in true ‘Money’ Mayweather fashion. In a recent pinch, the richest boxer in the history of the sport took a trip to Dubai. And he seems to have befriended a lion cub while there. 

The retired boxing legend took to Instagram, sharing a post earlier today with a simple caption: “Dubai.” Unlike the simple and compact caption, Mayweather shared several clips from his trip, which his fans are always eager to watch. In the first clip, Mayweather can be seen holding the lion cub in his hands, as he adoringly shows the baby king of the jungle off to the camera. 

Moreover, this wasn’t the end of Mayweather’s lavish visit to the UAE. In a subsequent clip, Mayweather can be seen sitting poolside in a high-rise building, overlooking the vast lit-up landscape of the city.

In another clip, Mayweather was enjoying a sip of a beverage while in a car-themed restaurant, surrounded by exotic and expensive cars, shut behind thick glass panels. Meanwhile, in another clip, Mayweather visited the Dubai Frame and showed off the see-through floors of the building. Considered to be the tallest frame in the world, it’s an observatory, monument, and museum. Mayweather also shared some snaps from his visits to various attractions, in the country. Meanwhile, he even expanded his business empire in the country.

Floyd Mayweather partners with new car rental

During his visit to the country, Mayweather paired up with Rotana Star, a Dubai-based luxury car rental service. On March 30, Floyd Mayweather turned to Instagram, announcing his partnership with the company. He wrote, “When I’m in Dubai, I deal with the best car service! @rotanastarrentacar, Check them out whenever you’re in the UAE.”

Meanwhile, in the clip, the former five-division champion praised the car rental service, stating, “Five Star service, if you want to rent a car, lease a car, buy a car or you need a driver – Rotana Star – Five Star service.” Moreover, according to the company’s website, they offer several top-tier sports cars for their customers in Dubai.
