A Twitter page called Boxing Kingdom recently posted a rather intriguing tweet. They mentioned that Fury would be donating USD 500 million from his USD 50 million Usyk fight purse.

But, the gist of this joke might be lost on a lot of people. It has its origins post his first fight against Deontay Wilder in December 2018. Notably, Fury had made a comment about boxing promoter, Eddie Hearn‘s father. And an irked Hearn got back at him during an interview.

Hearn said, “You can’t really be pretending you’re this great role model. And then talking to people like that.” Moreover, he added, “One minute he’s giving his entire purse away to charity. Which he obviously never did. And on the other hand, he’s now going back to his ways of negativity.” It sure seems like the page is not letting that incident slide easily.
