While Jake Paul may not be as deeply entrenched in the WWE as his brother, he does have a special place in his heart for the Hall of Fame wrestler. Back in November 2022, Paul appeared in an interview with DAZN Boxing’s Ade Oladipo, wearing the 80s wrestling icon’s t-shirt. When asked about it, Paul said, “I got this shirt [Hulkamania] at the WWE event. I love Hulk Hogan… [Favorite wrestler of all-time?] Hulk? Probably.” So, when Paul and Hulk came face-to-face at the Miami International Autodrome, sparks were bound to fly.

Paul greets Hulk Hogan with these legendary lines

Earlier today, Paul’s sports betting app Betr turned to Instagram, sharing a clip of Paul’s lively encounter with the legendary ‘Hollywood Hogan.’ In the video, ‘The Problem Child’ can be seen confidently striding towards the wrestler as Paul exclaimed an iconic line from the wrestler, “LISTEN TO ME BROTHER.”

The wholesome moment quickly turned into a warm embrace between the two, as they exchanged friendly greetings and camaraderie. Moments later, even Hogan took to his social media to share some pictures from the F1 event with Paul and others. This seemingly was enough to drum up loud chatter in the comments after the post went live.

Is ‘Hollywood Hogan’ the older version of Jake Paul? This fan agrees!

Paul and Hogan’s fame knows no bounds! While one is leading the charts in popularity today through boxing and other social media ventures, the other was a household name in his prime. So, this encounter didn’t take long to entice reactions from fans. One user could not believe what his eyes were seeing, as he claimed Hogan hadn’t aged a day in the last twenty years. The user wrote, “Bro, I swear Hulk Hogan looked the same for the last 20 years wtf.”

Seeing these two icons next to each other, this user seems to think Hogan and Paul are the same person, just at different stages of their lives. “Bro is legit the elder Jake Paul.” It could be because of the outgoing and loud personality both Hogan and Paul share.

Meanwhile, someone else was convinced ‘The Hulkster’ had ulterior motives with Jake Paul. And what would that be? The user thinks Hogan wants to arrange a fight against Paul. “He trying get contract next against him,” wrote the user. The comment is referring to Paul’s upcoming fight against 57-year-old Mike Tyson.

While the last user contemplated Hogan’s motive, this user had come up with a brilliant idea for Hogan to be part of the Tyson-Paul fight. The user wrote, “Hulk should referee the Paul vs. Tyson boxing match!” If that did happen, Paul might have to compete with Hogan to attract attention to himself.

Another user celebrated the unforeseen encounter while branding it epic. The user wrote, “That’s epic. Hogan and Jake together thats awesome BROTHER.” It’s a rare occurrence, so the user’s excitement is understandable.

It’s not often that fans get to see two of their favorite icons together, so Paul and Hogan’s surprise meeting seems to have brought out various reactions from the fans. What did you think of the clip?
