Shakur Stevenson claims Lopez doesn’t know what to say back

Responding to the clip from the user, Stevenson simply wrote back, “We live on twitch tonight 8 pm, tune in,” implying he would talk about it on his Twitch Livestream. However, when the user highlighted Lopez has been talking a lot of trash about him and Stevenson should talk to Top Rank to arrange a fight, Stevenson revealed he already has.

“I did, actually, lol,” Stevenson responded. However, the Newark native wasn’t done! Another X user had shared a recent clip from Lopez’s press conference, captioning it, “Keyshawn basically said: ‘F**k you, Teo.’ Then Teo was like: ‘This mf.’” So, Stevenson shared the clip, writing, “Pressed his soft a**. Punk a** dude, ain’t know what to say back. Gangsta online a pu**y in real life!” However, despite Stevenson’s remarks online today, Lopez wished Stevenson well for his retirement!

Teofimo Lopez reacts to Stevenson’s retirement

Speaking to Fight Hub TV today, the reporter had brought up Stevenson’s retirement! So, Lopez stated, “Well, after that [Edwin De Los Santos fight] performance, he pulled off. And that stunt, Top Rank said, ‘We’re not going to pay you what you had last time.’” Lopez went on to suggest that was the reason Stevenson retired.

“So, he said, ‘f**k this, I’m the best, and I’m going to retire with it,’” said Lopez. However, Lopez claimed he wished well for the undefeated boxer and explained how boxing works. “I wish him nothing but success and the best. But you got to take the cuts, man. This is what it takes! They could only build us for so long,” said Lopez.
