Besides the loss, ‘King Ry’ got involved in an ongoing feud with his promoter, Oscar De La Hoya, resulting in a massive lawsuit. However, the 25-year-old boxer made a comeback by defeating Oscar Duarte earlier this month. What’s more, he is also in talks to possibly fight the recently crowned Devin Haney. All in all, Christmas proved to be lucky for the Victorville native, so he decided to spend $7,24,695 on his favorite cars.

Devin Haney responds to ‘King Ry’

Earlier this week, Garcia was in talks to potentially face Rolly Romero, but things aren’t looking good for that fight. However, after Garcia and Haney triumphed over their respective opponents, the former recently announced that he spoke to his team and asked them to reach out to Haney. The same was confirmed by Haney in a retweet on X (formerly Twitter).

“I’ve advised my team to contact team Haney to discuss and make the fight happen between Devin and I,” wrote Garcia. In response, the new WBC champion champion wrote, “These are facts.” In a later tweet, Garcia claimed that now it’s up to Haney because he has made his move to prove to the world that he is committed to fighting Haney.
